Climate Executive Accelerator:
Every leading company in the world utilizes professional coaching to unlock the potential of its people to reach the company goals. We are making professional coaching available to climate action leaders & teams to accelerate their mission.
What is the Climate Executive Accelerator?
The Climate Executive Accelerator is a 6-month professional coaching program consisting of a series of virtual coaching session with a dedicated, certified professional coach to work specifically on accelerating your climate action goals.
Who is it for?
Candidates are teams or individuals from organizations working on climate and sustainability solutions/initiatives and will be selected based on the following criteria:
The project falls in one of the 3 major areas of impact - reducing green-house gases (GHG) emissions, supporting “sinks” (natural and technological solutions to sequester carbon from the atmosphere), and improving society to support an equitable & just world.
Clearly defined goals and objectives to work towards with the help of a professional, solution-focused coach.
Willingness to collaborate towards improved outcomes.
How the program works and what candidates receive:
Through an open call for applications, we are identifying climate action candidates from around the world, who will be awarded full or partial scholarships to participate in the 6-month professional coaching program.
The Climate Executive Accelerator begins on September 6th with a 6-week intensive, comprising of a weekly 1-hour long virtual session with your assigned professional coach.
After that, candidates will meet with their coach on a monthly basis through the end of February 2023. The content and agenda of the coaching sessions is completely tailored to the individual and team needs of each candidate.
Candidate Eligibility:
Team coaching is open to groups working on a climate or sustainability project together. Individual coaching is open to upper level management and executives, such as Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, and CEOs.

Guest Lecture Series: hear from world-renowned climate action leaders & sustainability experts. Participation in the guest lecture series is optional and free.

Areas of impact:
Leading organizations like Project Drawdown, together with climate scientists, have identified the greatest areas of impact in tackling the climate crisis and reaching “drawdown” - the point at which atmoshperic greenhouse gas concentrations stop climbing and start to steadily decline.
The goal of all climate action is to reach drawdown as soon as possible!
