Lina Taylor
OLYMPIAN, SCIENTIST, EXECUTIVE COACH
At the intersection of elite performance, science, and business, Lina has spoken at 270+ leading companies on the topics of building resilience and succeeding against the odds. She works with senior level leaders at Amazon, Meta, Accenture, and others as an executive coach.
Lina holds a degree in Biology, a Certificate for Nonprofit Management from The George Washington University School of Business, and has completed training for Climate Action for Business from the University of Colorado and Regeneration with Paul Hawken.

David Merten
CULTURAL CHANGE EXPERT & COACH
David has a background in Social Work with focus on Social Management and Psychology. Working in diverse corporate leadership roles within the energy sector, David has experienced first hand the need of science-based, solution-focused coaching to achieve targets. He held a lead role in a cultural change network to achieved sustainability and reduce emissions, developing alternative products on the market. In his role as an in-house coach, David was a global advisor to build coaching programs for leadership teams to reach their goals.

Alex is an experienced legal professional, active in environmental protection since his college years.
He brings exceptional expertise in balancing the complexities of business objectives for all stakeholders. Drawing on his experience as an NGO leader, Alex coaches and mentors sustainability leaders and ecopreneurs.
Alex holds LL.M. in European Union Law from Leiden University and LL.M. in International Business Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Niki is a neuroscience-based mindfulness coach with nearly 15 years of daily meditation practice. He brings his deep expertise in mindfulness to help climate and sustainability professionals deal successfully with the challenges of their demanding, ever-changing, and stressful day-to-day activities.
Niki holds a Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation and specializes in helping clients establish re-balancing habits to counteract climate anxiety and develop a positive mindset.

If you’re committed to deepening your understanding of climate solutions, have a desire to explore your own climate action plan (or that of your company), and want to develop your personal and leadership capacities, this program is right for you. To get the most out of the program, we ask that you commit to attending and actively participate in the live online sessions—and, if you miss a session, to watch the recording.

The program includes 2 hours per week of live online, interactive group sessions for 8 weeks. Although assignments are not mandatory, we encourage you to connect with other participants and explore the material we cover in the sessions. You can expect to spend an additional 3-4 hours per week working on your own.

We understand that things happen and you may not be able to be there live for all of the sessions. We will make the recordings available to you to watch on your own.

We require that you are present and actively participate in at least 50% of the sessions (4 live sessions). After watching the recording of the session you missed, you must complete and submit at the next session a brief review of the material you missed in order to get your Certificate of Completion and the digital verifiable badge.

Only participants with 80% or higher live attendance are eligible to receive a recommendation from one of the Coaches in the Accelerator. You may request your recommendation through LinkedIn - we will show you how to do that in our first class.

All of our faculty coaches are certified professional coaches with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics. Our coaches are not climate scientists and are not responsible for the information provided on the open source materials we use in class.
